Thank you for inquiring about becoming a “RodGaff” Dealer. We welcome dealers who operate from a retail store front, have the ability to maintain adequate on site inventory, and prominently display “RodGaff” on their retail shelves, as well as on their own website.
We do not support dealers who operate exclusively from a website online, either internally or via third party sites.
If your business meets these qualifications we invite you to become a “RodGaff” dealer!
To begin signing up as a dealer, you have two choices. You can download and print the following 3 Forms. Or, if you prefer to fill out these forms online, Click Here to submit the digital forms.

1. DTW New Customer Form (Must Complete)
2. DTW Credit Card Authorization Form (All orders are prepaid with credit card or business check)
3. BOE230 (Required for all California retailers)
If manually completing the forms, please complete the 3 dealer information forms in detail and submit them via e-mail or FAX.
